Ashley Jones
Ashley Aubra Jones. Born September 3, 1976, Ashley Aubra Jones has been an American actress for over twenty years. She is best known for her roles as Megan Dennison, on The Young and the Restless as well as Bridget Forrester, on The Bold and the Beautiful. In addition, she played the recurring character of Daphne on the second series of the HBO drama True Blood. Ashley Jones obtained a Bachelor of Human Learning (K-8) from University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. She started her career as a teacher at Maury County teaching Reading to kindergarten and the 1st grade. She was married to Brent Jones, her UT Martin lover, and relocated in Thompsons Station in 1998. Bethesda Elementary was where she first began teaching the fourth grade. Between 1999 and 2000, she continued on to teach and earn her Master of Instruction from Trevecca Nazarene University but stepped out of the classroom after they welcomed their youngest son Baylor to the family in 2000. Ashley has committed the last fifteen years to encouraging the growth of children in the local church as well as in the community. Ashley has been a leader for a long time for the Preschool Ministry as well as the Student Ministry at Thompson Station Church. Ashley's children were homeschooled for the 3 years she was at home. During their home schooling years they attended a family school class which Ashley additionally taught History to Kindergarten and 1st grade. God taught her family that although she enjoyed doing homeschooling and being with them for a while and spending time with them, it was the right time for Ashley to go back to school. Brent and Ashley are parents to five kids. Silas Eliza Cruz and Cruz All are GCA students. Baylor is a GCA graduated, is a student at UT Martin, where he is a baseball player at UT Martin. Callan also a GCA graduate is enrolled at Western Kentucky University. The family is active and enjoys fishing, hunting, and cheering each other in sports. Romans 8:28 and we are aware that in all things God does his best to ensure the happiness of those who love him who are called by his will.
